Aschley & Michael’s gorgeous ceremony, with the beautiful Organ Mountains as their backdrop.
On a gorgeous, September day Aschley and Michael gathered their closest friends and family to witness as they said “I do!” , followed by “Mazel Tov!” at their modern Jewish wedding ceremony. Their guests had traveled from near and far to Las Cruces, a small college city in Southern New Mexico - with a large number of guests coming in from Chicago, where the couple calls home. Their photographers, Southwest Creative Co. beautifully captured their day, and we’re so excited to share it with you!

Aschley and Michael’s save the dates are definitely a studio favorite, with the soft, dreamy vellum overlaid on a gorgeous black and white shot of the beloved Organ Mountains - which gave their guests a sneak peek at the view they would have on their wedding day!

Working with the couple was such a fun experience for us, as they really let us take the lead and create fun, timeless pieces that were unique to them, and captured the vibrant southwest vibes they were going for. Their bespoke invitation suite featured a double thick invitation, with custom painted edges, response card, info insert and an invitation to their welcome party the night before. Each piece featured a line art drawing of a cacti or succulent, and each piece was printed in a fun, bright color. The suite was finished off with juicy, lemon yellow response envelopes (a new favorite of ours!), and a turquoise envelope liner, printed with white ink.
Their color palette was chosen to represent a fun, fiesta vibe, that was also brought into their flowers, and decor. Not going to lie, we’re looooooving the pampas grass accents and the prickly pear paddles brought into the florals, which were designed by Debbies Bloomers.
The couple chose the Red Hawk Golf Course as their venue, and it’s easy to see why, with the stunning views of the Organ Mountians, and the clean, modern look of the reception space. Their planners, Three Sisters Wedding Services, really brought their overall vision to life!
We also had the opportunity to design their super modern ceremony programs, which we designed as fans (it’s hot in Southern NM in September guys!!), and gave their non-Jewish guests details about the ceremony, in a fun, colorful way.
It’s hard not to fall in love with a couple like them, and their wedding day! We wish them the very best life together, congratulations!
